Be Aware

Be aware before moving here. This complex water pipes are a problem here. Mold is a problem here has gotten a lot of people sick even children. They stated their not going to put in the money to fix the lead poisoning. The management and the owner are jokes here. A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SICK DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE OWNER WHO STATED THEY WILL NOT DO MOLD REMEDIATION BUT STILL CHOOSE TO PUT HUS TENANTS IN HARMS WAY.

I love the apartment here. The apartment feels like I am living in a house! The blueprint is from the 80s and 90s and it is cozy and built to last!

Staff NEVER Available Ignores Calls

Hours state one thing, staff never in. For weeks trying to contact. Calls ignored. Could see lady in office when calling! They purposely ignore phone calls. Will NOT help and has no care for clients. NOT open at 9am! Dont believe their hours...
